Curator’s Corner

We had a surprise visit from our two exhibiting artists last week: Ben Long and Tony Griffin! Their figure and portrait drawing exhibition, "Drawing from Life," is now open at the museum. And if you want to make a day of it, you should also go check out their second exhibition at the Art Cellar Gallery in Banner Elk, featuring a selection of their landscape drawings! "Artists Favorites" is open at the Art Cellar Gallery through January 9th! Can you believe that these two exhibitions are the first ever where these artists have shown their work together?
