The Watercolor Society of North Carolina (WSNC) is a nonprofit organization, centering community and talent in watercolor artists throughout North Carolina. Through juried exhibitions, workshop series, and education programming, the society aims to nurture and promote watercolor arts across the state. WSNC established a Traveling Exhibit as a preview of their Main Exhibition to be held in conjunction with the organization’s annual conference. Blowing Rock was selected as the location for the 2013 annual conference and the juried Main Exhibit, composed of 70 to 75 paintings, will open at BRAHM on September 8, 2013. Approximately 30 paintings displayed here were selected from the larger exhibit which showcase the diverse use of watercolors being produced by their membership from across the state.

Enjoy the Traveling Exhibit and plan to return for the Main Exhibit next year.
