Studio Saturdays: Etel Adnan
Youth aged 12-18 are invited to join us at BRAHM every second Saturday from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm this winter and spring for directed studio time inspired by famous artists. Explore new styles and processes for making art. Meet new friends and express your creative side.
Etel Adnan was a Lebanese-American poet, essayist, and visual artist. In 2003, Adnan was named "arguably the most celebrated and accomplished Arab American author writing today" by the academic journal MELUS: Multi-Ethnic Literature of the United States. Create a landscape painting inspired by her work for Arab American Heritage Month.
Artists aged 12-18 are invited to join us for this FREE art activity. Materials and snacks are provided. Registration required.
