Community Expressive Arts - Zine Making Workshop
Zine-making is the opportunity to develop different chapters in the Book of Life. Creating a zine from folding the paper to finishing off the leather button closure provides a space for reflection and creativity.
The prompt for this offering is "Before, During, After, Reimagine." Depending on the individual, you can dive into all four areas or just one. This offering provides the space for stories to be told, captured, and shared as we mark this time following Helene.
Participants may bring personal items to include in their work such as family pictures, their own art, excerpts from a journal, etc.
All other materials will be supplied including watercolor, pens, marker, colored pencil, magazines, fabric, and collage materials.
