Wednesday Mindfulness Meditation Group
Make time for yourself on Wednesday evenings for a weekly mindfulness and meditation Group. The gatherings will explore meditation, mindfulness and consciousness. Combining years of meditation practice experience with his lifelong passion of living in service to others, Eric DeVere will be guiding the weekly meditation group.
Meditating with a group gives us a firsthand witnessing of the shared human experience beyond its conceptual understanding, allowing the opportunity for healing, belonging, and personal insight.

About the Teacher
Eric is a mindfulness and meditation teacher in the Boone, NC area and a recent graduate of a two year certification program taught by Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield. His style integrates science-based research, traditional mindfulness techniques and modern philosophies and psychology.
He has over 10 years of experience working with a neurodiverse population which has helped him to skillfully relate concepts and practices to a wide range of individuals. He approaches teaching with kindness and equanimity and aims to be a supportive resource on your path towards finding inner wisdom and goodness.
