This lesson was inspired by the colorful artwork of contemporary Mexican artist Lourdes Villagomez. Villagomez paints animals, objects and scenes that are infused with the lively color and culture of Mexico.
Every Tuesday 3:30-4:30 p.m.
Children ages 6 - 12 are invited to join us for creative art-making activities through a variety of media, from watercolor to clay. Each week features a famous artist, book, or theme to serve as inspiration and guidance for the art-making activity.
