I’m straddling yoga teacher, business owner, which are very different, I find that when I am playing both sides of those, life is really challenging, like now I’m the yoga teacher and I’m speaking yoga, and now I’m the business owner and I have to be tough. I find that my life flows a whole lot better when I can approach my business from a yogic perspective, for everybody involved. My ultimate goal, is to be able to run my business from a yogic perspective. And it’s a challenge, and sometimes those challenges, whether it’s with a situation or whether it’s with a person, are always my opportunities to practice my yoga off the mat.
My son will make joke, ‘Why does everything have to be yoga mom!?’ And I’m like, ‘Well, because everything is yoga!’
